If you are not a current ANU staff member or student, you may be interested in our Maker in Residence program!
PLEASE NOTE: The calendar now is provided for reference only. All inductions now require bookings.
Please complete a COVIDSafe Induction to access New-Member induction bookings. New Member inductions are always run @ Physics, and attendance is now limited to 4 people due to physical distancing requirements.
Orange inductions are on demand. Please see MakerSpace staff.
Red tool and Space inductions also require bookings. Note that for now, access to the Laser @ SoAD is on demand, and access time-slots must be booked. Please see the specific location or red-tool pages for more information.
If you have a consistent time-clash preventing you from attending scheduled induction times, please contact MakerSpace staff so we can make alternate arrangements.

All inductions are on a first-come first-serve basis. New Member inductions are always run @ Physics, and attendance is limited to 7 people.

As part of our response to the COVID19 pandemic and our reopening plan, all users must now complete an online COVIDSafe Induction, whether they are new or returning users. Please head on over and do so.
In addition to requiring all members to read and follow safe operating procedures (SOPs) for all tools they use, we use a traffic light system for access.
